Nice storage place dealt with a nice lady there named Shelly that helped me look for a storage unit. I winded up going with another storage place that is closer to my house but I would recommend the one on hillsborough. Thanks for all your help Shelly

Nice and easy. I've stored with them before so knew what to expect. The 5 x 5 was taller than I expected and not much carrying will be needed. Hyped on that.

Walked into the property across the street was greeted by Ariana and Eric very friendly atmosphere. They both helped me very much on finding the perfect unit and will definitely stay with public strorage.

It's a shame... I started off loving this public storage but after exactly 31 days when I arrived to pay my bill my jaw quickly hit the floor.. I was given a $20 late fee, which I was NEVER told about, and a nice size padlock on my unit.. I immediately apologized for my tardiness and paid my monthly rent as well as the extravagant late fee. I walked with the employee down to my unit and she removed the hefty padlock. After I was done I put my personal padlock on and left. Shortly after arriving to my destination (1 hour and 30 minutes south) I realized I needed something from my unit. Upon my SECOND arrival I noticed that the employee put another padlock on my unit... however I didn't receive a call and my gate code still worked.. unfortunately for me the staff leaves at 6pm and I arrived at 6:30pm.. just to be certain I checked my bank account to verify the funds had been removed (they have) so I called customer service which was of no assistance and now have wasted not only my gas but personal time (which I don't get a lot of) to only be forced to leave several voicemails to management and have to drive back again tomorrow... YAHOO!!
