I had a unit here for about a year. It was always easily accessible and very neat and clean. Upon moving out of the unit, Angela in the front office was very pleasant and had a wonderful attitude. Interacting with Angela was a bright spot in a long day of moving. If I ever need a storage space again i'll definitely be back.

Angie is a wonderful person. The facility is very clean. Very pleasant staff. Recommend to anyone.

So let’s start by saying this place is a rip off. Angie wants to charge me cleaning fee because I threw my stuff away in the designated garbage. She lied and said that I had mattress thrown outside and that she checked the cameras. But I never had a mattress in storage. She assume it was mine because I threw a cardboard away with my name on it. I threw all my trash away in the trash can as if she viewed the camera she would know that.Then she proceed to say I did it multiple times but this is her first time calling me?? Weird

My daughter and I found this location online and decided to take a look at the property and decide which size unit we would rent today. Well upon arriving the doors were locked and a customer advised staff was showing a unit. Shortly they came back and and the staff neglected to greet us, unlocked the door and walked in with the current customer, NEVER invited us to come, so we went in on our own. My daughter and I waited, she never told us she would be right with us, NEVER even acknowledged our presence as I feel proper customer service should. Two guys came in to fix a malfunctioning door and she was so talkative and friendly, granted it was obvious she knew them, but to ignore a potential customer for approximately 20+ minutes is unexcusable. Once she finally acknowledged us, I stated I wanted to view 2 units to decide which size I needed and she then told me I would have to wait 30 add'l minutes on top of the 20+ I had already waited without her even so much as acknowledging our existence. I proceeded to tell her I really couldn't and she told me "Well have a nice day" I asked her was that truly how they treated potential customers and she stated 
" I really don't know what you want me to do, I told you, you had to wait so you can have a nice day"  and waived us from the storage location as if it wasn't big deal. I asked for her name, she stated her name was "ANGIE" but I'm not sure if she is telling the truth or not. She is a black female with blue dye in her hair. Her ethnicity doesnt matter but I wanted to describe her just in case she gave a false name thinking I would not call the district manager. I couldn't believe we had been treated with such a RUDE, DISMISSIVE DEMEANOR at a place of business. I thought Public Storage would like to know who they truly had working for them so this is why I decided to write a review. I called the DISTRICT MANAGER(PAUL), and I left a VM for him to give me a call back. So once I hear from someone I will come back and give an update on how they decided to handle this ugly situation.  #NOCUSTOMERSERVICE #RUDE #AWFULSERVICE
