Awesome location. Brittany was helping me (she normally works in Queens) took me all over the property until we found the perfect storage unit for my things. She was extremely nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend this location and this business to others.

So far my experience with Jordan the RF(Relief Management) was great‼️ She was very knowledgeable about the company and everything they have to offer. Very nice and helpful😁. She made my moving in experience for very easy 👌🏾

"I Came In the store to purchase 2 Boxes.  Danielle was very helpful as she shared with  me the great box deals that were going on. I left the store with 10 medium boxes and a bubble . She was very helpful and made my packing experience go smooth . I would recommend this store to my friends and family. If they need great packing supplies public storage is the place to go"

Checked into my storage unit today and Jordan was such a pleasure to work with! She was very knowledgeable and helpful in confirming that my unit was exactly what I needed for my possessions. I feel very optimistic that my things will be safe here when I move cross country.

I have been renting a unit here for 5 months and have been very happy with the staff and the unit itself.  However, this morning I opened my email to see a Public Storage invoice with a $25 rent increase (almost 18%).  They claimed that it was because of rent rebasing for rising rents of storage units across Brooklyn, however, I can go onto their website and see that they have my exact same size storage unit listed for my old rent!  I can understand a rent increase after 12 months and if the increase was more in line with 5% but 18% after 5 months is just bad business.  I'll be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
