Laurie and Ben are fantastic and I really enjoyed getting to know them while using Public Storage. They are efficient, friendly, and helpful with all my questions and requests. Whenever I had a problem, I could count on Laurie to help me resolve it quickly. The facilities are clean and in good working order. Move-in/out was smooth and easy. Thanks so much, Laurie and Ben!

This review is to publicly THANK Laurie and Milly for the tremendous help that was given to me and my family back in September. First of all, I had to rent four (4) units in December 1998, when my wife and I moved from Connecticut to Maryland to start the Military Ministry of CCC at the U. S. Naval Academy. The home we left to move to Annapolis was much larger than the house we rented on Pinkney Street. Four units!!! Finally, in September of this year it was time to DOWN-SIZE. I had the help of many members of my family, and after working from a Thursday to Monday, and all the help and attention and suggestions provided by Laurie and Milly, I am now in one (1) unit. Please accept my THANX !!!!! P.S. And all of my children thank you also.

Laurie was so incredibly helpful after an exhausting day of moving issues. She was able to help us secure a unit at this location and asked all of the right questions to help determine what we needed. She even took the time to explain how to best access the unit with a large truck. We are so grateful to her for making a challenging day all work out in the end. 5 stars for Laurie!

Laurie @ Public Storage, West St, Annapolis MD is very helpful and solves all your storage needs. The facility is kept very clean and safe.

Laurie did an excellent job of suggesting units, showing them to me and reviewing my options for storage. She was very helpful, and a pleasure to work with. I will definitely recommend this location to others.
