I had 3 different people help me out, Shawn, Bill and Nicole. They all helped me in different ways, very helpful, extremely friendly and courteous. They made it easy and the experience was wonderful, definitely would do business there again.

Excellent service, both gentlemen working on 9/19/17 were very helpful, polite and did a wonderful job of assisting me. It was a pleasure doing business with Public Storage Wickham Road, Melbourne, Fl. I would recommend your storage place to others. Again, thanks for making me feel comfortable and getting my paperwork processed with .efficiency.

Bill was very helpful and helped my mom and I look for a storage unit for our car due to the hurricane Irma. We booked a storage unit last minute so there was none available left. But Bill kept trying to help us and was patience by calling other locations, and luckily enough their was one storage available at Melbourne. Thank you Bill for your best service!

This is my second experience with a Public Storage. My first was in Ohio, the service there was fine...nothing overly spectacular but nothing horrible either, just so so. My second experience was at the one in Melbourne Fl located of Wickham. I was impressed with this facility. Bill and Cory were the two working the day I came to sign my paper work. I had reserved the unit online and was going to ask to see it first but they suggested it before I could ask. Bill walked me out and told me all about their location and the security and so on. He spoke to me as a person and not just a number/customer like most places do these days. I was very pleased with my initial visit and have nothing but high hopes for the duration of time I will be doing business with them. I would recommend them to someone looking to rent a unit.

This place is terrible. We set up to meet with them at 10 am so our hired movers could move our stuff into the unit we reserved. Apparently, they had a last second meeting until 1130 am and they failed to let us know. No phone call, no note on the door. It even said they would be there at 930 am to open the office. We had to pay the movers for an extra hour of waiting doing nothing, before we just had to leave. Please do yourself a favor and don't rent a storage unit with Public Storage. They will not make a good faith effort to right the wrong they caused.
