This place has excellent customer service. Their employee went over and beyond to make sure i recieved a storage even though it was closing time. Everything was very clean and neat

Public Storage is a very nice and clean facility. Ms. Laura B. guided us through the process in a very professional manner. She gave us a tour of the facility and instructed us properly on how everything worked. She is very nice and easy to talk to.

Laura B. was very informative and helpful. I signed up for autopay and she told me about all the boxes and other moving supplies i could purchase. I'm very happy with my experience!

I called to get pricing and availability on a unit and spoke with Kevin.  I asked for the information several times and was only asked additional questions all of which I answered.  When I finally asked if a unit or pricing was not available, Kevin asked if I l was okay.  I explained that I was getting frustrated that I had asked several times for infotmatuon which I was not given any information.  He proceded to say well you seem upset!  Seriously! Truly, horribly customer service!
