I can't complain! I was late paying my rent & corporate waived the late fee for me. 

   (In regards to initial first month) However, please be advised that you'll pay more than $1 after the application process, insurance and forcefully having to purchase their special made maximum security lock that's $21!

Property manager was amazing. She referred me to another location in the direction of where I was moving and to suit my needs better. Actually 1 mile from my work. Made a reservation. She was just awesome. Excellent customer service!

Very easy to set up a unit reservation online. When I came in to complete a reservation, Jen and Rick were very helpful and explained everything I would need to know for the year, since I will not be in the area. However, after everything was moved in and I was out of state, my monthly rate jumped (2 months after I signed all the agreements) with no warning. I was told my unit would be pro-rated upon move out, but this was not true either. I was billed June 3 and am moving my belongings out June 11 and was told that they don't pro-rate after the 6 of the month; so essentially you pay for the whole month after you move out - so schedule move out accordingly. The unit itself has been fine for what I needed for the year but I would not use this location again.
