Renelle property manager at this location was literally a breath of fresh air among the sea of storage brands and locations. I've used only public storage, but if you've ever possibly had a lackluster  experience at any other place I assure you Renelle will erase those memories immediately from her pleasant attitude, company and product knowledge and just genuine care for people's needs. She is gifted in areas that just cannot be taught or learned.  We need more people like her in positions of power she is truly a blessing and I can honestly say the sole reason I haven't switched storage locations. So make sure if your looking to rent a unit stop by THIS location. 1679 Cobb parkway and if you have any negative complaint that isn't fabricated I personally will cover one months storage fees for you.
Keep up the excellent work Renelle, you are an example for many. God bless you. You astonishingly transformed  my stressful, even painful moving into a smaller home transition into a pleasant experience which is nothing short of a miracle. 💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾😉😉😉😉

We just got our first public storage and we had a great experience. Ms. Evelyn the new associate helped us out a lot and made sure we had everything we needed. The manager Renelle was very knowledgeable and professional. I would recommend this location to anyone. Great team ! ❤
