Great customer service, security and safety included. I just got a storage unit today from Hershey and Leah. They were helpful, informative, and funny! Give me the process of getting a new storage unit a lot less stressful than I thought it was going to be. I gave them the criteria that I was looking for, climate-controlled 10 by 10 or 10 x 15 and near the elevator. They were able to quickly find me the perfect unit and help me get ready for my move. The only possible downside to this storage location are the hours, they close at 6 p.m. otherwise it's perfect.

This review is based on our initial contact with Public Storage.  Hershey gave us top-notch service, explaining everything clearly and giving us all the information we needed to choose a storage facility. We've signed up for a unit and everything has gone smoothly thus far.

Hershey is one of the best customer service representatives I have ever worked with. She goes out of her way to make sure I am completely satisfied. Thanks for everything you do, Hershey!! Public Storage should be proud to have you handling issues for them!!

By far the worst customer service I’ve ever received.  It’s hard to actually find someone working in the office during business hours.  They don’t return calls or emails. I received an email confirming my unit size and price of 10’x20’ for $147/month.  After driving all of my furnishings down from Michigan I was told the unit I rented was not available and that I would be given a 10’x25’ unit for the same price. We received our first bill at the first of the month.  For $199/month. Even after showing them the confirmation email that they sent to me, they will not back off the higher price. After two unreturned call from their district ‘manager’ and two emails to their corporate office, we are being told we ‘must’ve misunderstood’. Meanwhile they have my things and it will cost me several hundred dollars to move out of the unit. Where I come from, bait and switch schemes are illegal.  Stay away from this scam

I'm a college student and I live out of state. I wanted to rent a storage unit to keep my items in over the summer so moving in and out of my dorms would be easier. My family and I had never used Public Storage before or any storage facility. I'm so glad we picked this Public Storage. The location was incredibly convenient and Hershey (the manager) was so helpful and attentive. I'll definitely be using this location again next summer!
