Tiffany and Annette were fantastic in explaining everything in great detail.  Annette was in training and Tiffany was a fantastic trainer.  With that said, after signing everything around 6pm, I went home and loaded up some items to take back up there. I live 2 miles away.  They close at 6 so when I returned the office was closed.  I noticed upon pulling in that the "street lights" at the front were not on so it was very dark.  I went through the gate and headed to the entrance of the storage building.  None of the lights on the way were on.  I pulled up to the front door of the facility,, thinking maybe that the lights outside the front were on motion sensors.  They were not.  The overhead lights did not come on and it, once again, was VERY dark, and way too dark to allow my wife to come back.  I have loaded some pictures so you can see what I am referring to.  Also, the automatic door at the front, only opened about 60% or so.  Picture also attached.  Thanks you, Spencer Kelley

I never knew this Public Storage was even there. It's kind of hidden. It's like a hidden Gem! Went to this place to check out some units as I am going to be moving and in need of storage. Tiffany and Alison were so very helpful and polite. Took a tour of the facility, and it was nice and clean. I also like the fact that it's all A/C!! Very important when it comes to storing your stuff. Explained everything to me efficiently. I know where I am going once I am ready to move!!  Thank you girls for your help,time and patience!!!  

Update. The office staff is extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. I moved and no longer needed the storage. But if I am in need of storage again we will definitely be coming back to this location. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Thank you Tiffany and Brittney in the office  for all the help and making my experience the best I’ve ever had! Moving isn’t pleasant but the staff is great.

We have had a storage facility here for many years. We were thinking of downsizing but underestimated the amount of memories we had stored. We were able to keep our unit and we are truly thankful. Tiffany worked with us in conjunction with her manager and we were very pleased with the results. Tiffany was understanding, thoughtful, easy to work with and made the whole experience better.

I would just like to say that Brittney & tiffany both went above & beyond helping me. Their customer service skills were excellent. They actually made my day better with their friendliness.  A+ from me. 👌

Staff was great service was fast but bathroom is totally disgusting and they need to put a garbage on the outside so that people do not throw their garbage from Storage inside the restroom that's totally nasty to See food on the floor in a restroom never seen that before in my lifetime.
