Thank you, Ms. Renee Prokos, a pharmacist at Cortez Publix Pharmacy for being professional and kind. I really appreciate your service. Despite your busy schedule, you took your time to write me a very important document. Keep up the excellent service
Natasha, a pharmacist at the Publix I frequent in Bradenton Commons, was more helpful than the three doctors I’ve seen recently. She took the time to listen and share her knowledge about an expired prescription while still advising me to find a new doctor. Too many doctors don’t have her people skills. Much appreciated by this senior. All Publix employees at this location are likewise helpful.
There are quite a few things I do like about this pharmacy, but two caveats: -They really try to sell you on the benefits of the phone app, but I recommend against it. It's not well designed, doesn't necessarily reflect the same information that their computer system does, and often gives inaccurate, incomplete, and misleading information. Call and talk to a person. -Customer service on the phone needs improvement. It is inexcusably rude for any business or professional office to train people so poorly and have such low standards that it's common for them to start talking over you in the middle of a sentence. This has happened to me at this pharmacy on multiple occasions. I should not have to ask more than ONE time for them to stop doing it. In that instance, an apology is called for, and better attention to the caller should be paid. This morning, I was arrogantly told that I was being rude because I kept pointing it out. I spoke with the pharmacist about it, but from here on in, I will only speak with the pharmacist regarding any matter.
basically called me a liar and wasn't interested enough to help with my problem.
Though the pharmacy is very nice, they are very difficult to get a hold of. They do not communicate well at all. Since I have switched pharmacies 3 months ago they have been out of 1 or 2 of my medications each time. I do not drive due to epileptic siezures and have to rely on other people to get me to and from places. This has become more of an inconvenience than a 1 stop shopping as originally thought. The other pharmacy lacked severely in customer service, but had all my medications every month. Now I have to plan another trip to Publix. That's another hour of my time I won't get back. Thanks.
Absolutely the worst pharmacy I have ever used. The staff are not detail oriented, I’ve had prescriptions dispensed missing the quantity of pills needed, or even as much as the accurate dosage. These are some of the most unintelligent people I’ve ever had to deal with in order to receive my medications. Their computerized system of product fulfillment is inaccurate, Staff are rude, unapologetic, and take no accountability for their actions, or their lack of actions. Good luck trying to speak to an intelligent person over the phone or even getting them on the phone. My suggestion is to seek the professional services of a legitimate pharmacy. This business is disgusting and shameful.
Always Helpful.Always patient and knowledgeable. Had enough with CVS nonsense. Love this Pharmacy. Nobody paid me to say this.
I will never use another pharmacy. Every single employee is polite, and bend over backwards to help in any way they can. They even try to greet me by name. They make me feel welcome and valued, often when I feel the worst. I can say enough positive things about the staff and service
This store is ok, but the customer service at the deli could improve. It's like it was a bother for the individual to make my requested sub the way I wanted. And what's interesting, they quietly served someone else, and had to wait for another staff member to start my order.
Been waiting on my prescription for over two days. I called yesterday they said they would check into my prescription. Then I was told when I went in today they did not check and the person forgot and that it was crazy yesterday..... I am waiting on a medication for an infection but no urgency or care that my infection is getting worse. Why go to doctor or have insurance if I can't get my medicine. This is ridiculous
