I've been going to this pharmacy for 2 years and have always been very happy. The staff bothers to know who I am, gives me realistic advice even if it's tough to give, and tries to help whenever they can with advice on brands and coupons. They have special ordered my preferred brand and always make me feel good about going there. I recently got new insurance that requires me to go elsewhere and I'm very upset. I love these guys and everything they've done for me (especially Jeffrey).

They gave me a 90 day prescription for a seizure medication as in epilepsy and shorted me a weeks worth.

I have to say, I have always loved Publix. I have been shopping at Publix since moving here in 1973. But what I feel I have to mention is something that happened to us today.  I had brought my prescriptions into the Pharmacy yesterday & I usually wait until I get the call from them to let me know they are ready, but today, my husband asked me to make a split pea soup. I had to go & pick up everything to make a split pea soup, so I figured I would check to see if my prescriptions were ready. The first time I checked, they were waiting for the order to come in, the second time I checked, the young man had not gotten to mine yet, so I told him I would come back tomorrow.  We continued through the check out, walked out the door & put our few bags into the car, & my husband was returning the shopping cart, when the young man from the Pharmacy handed him the bag with my prescriptions in it.  He had followed us out of the store to make sure I had my prescriptions.  Now that's what we call "service, above & beyond"!  Thank you, Publix Pharmacy at the Carillon Town Center.  That was certainly going the extra mile.
