RUDEST staff. I pick up a prescription monthly and EVERY time I go in to get it I stand at the counter unacknowledged for too long. They look up at me and then continue to ignore me. When they finally get to me there is no sorry for the wait or even a thank you have a nice day. They act like they work at Walmart, not Publix. Each time I have had to call I am on hold for over 15 minutes and receive an attitude once I finally get to talk to someone. I will be switching to any other pharmacy after this month. I chose this one, even though it is much further from my house than both the Walgreens and CVS, because I expected more from Publix. Absolutely ridiculous.

I used to go to the one on Clayton Crossing Way and they were fabulous!  Even the one in Knoxville, Tn. is really good.  This Publix could care less.  They are inefficient, could care less about helping you and look at you like you are a distraction to their day.  The grocery store people out in the store are a bit more polite.

Pharmacist was super helpful and helped work with me through an issue between my prescription and insurance. Customer service was great.

Rudest,unorganized pharmacy ever! They always have attitude,never on time. Had to come back 3 times with horrible fever  to get my amoxicillin! and when I got home I realized they forgot 1 of my medication! I had to get back 4 days later to pick up other medication,same as always it wasn't ready and after I asked why they told me even your dr prescribed it for tomorrow! I was so surprised and I said that's impossible,she replied call them and ask! After I called and make sure that it was for today she completely changed the story,was rolling her eyes constantly! 
I can't believe how publix let them to work there! It's unacceptable! I changed my pharmacy because I can't deal with them anymore!

I had a great experience at this Publix Pharmacy. The pharmacy manager was patient and tended to my needs immediately.  Although it seems like a busy store, I didn’t have to wait long for great service. I didn’t feel like another grocery customer, but that I mattered as a patient to the pharmacist.
