We switched all our prescriptions to this pharmacy in January 2017 when our insurance provider required a change after many, many years. I was so worried the change would be difficult but Publix made the transfer simple and the monthly refill process is working smoothly.  The hours are actually more flexible, I love the drive-thru feature, and pretty soon we'll have all the prescriptions sync-d so even fewer trips. The best part is the much lower prices than what we were paying at the big box store.  Great service, friendly pharmacy staff, and excellent prices. Sometimes being forced to make a change is very good!

I echo the inconvenience & add lack of customer service. My dr called in a prescription. I went to pick it up 3 days later only to find she'd made a mistake in the directions. Nobody had let me know there was a problem. I had the dr. resend at 11:30 am on the 13th. I called on the 14th and they said they'd received it, but couldn't get it in until the next day. I went to pick it up the next day and they STILL didn't have it. Neither did they let me know at any time that it was delayed. Never going here again.

Publix constantly runs out of my prescription.  They're famous for bringing inconvenience to my life.
