Shout out to the prepared food & deli area for their wonderful and lighting fast service that was provided to me on 1/31. Last minute platters needed early in the morning and they got me out just in time for an early retirement party I was having at work.  Everything was good and fresh. You gals deserve more than 5 stars.

Bakery lost my order... I have two corporate events with a less then perfect rushed batch of cupcakes... And running late to set up my presentation. Should've gone to an actual bakery.

To be honest, this Publix was my go to for grocery shopping. But now with a more heightened attempt to save more when shopping, I don't t frequent it as much. But still this Publix is #1 when it comes to variety, cleanliness & friendly, helpful employees.

We needed to stop in to grab a few things for a football game and living in Florida my whole life, I've been to a ton of Publix stores. Some are worse than others but this one takes the cake hands down. I understand that working at a grocery store can get crazy, I used to do it, but the deli employees were some of the most condescending and unprofessional people I've ever seen working. Extremely slow service which seemed almost intentional; I was told they were out of white bread but then when the woman next to me ordered white bread a few min later it was available? I had ordered the chicken sub and after almost 10 min, the deli employee comes back and says that that chicken "had bones and it'll be another 30 min". What? I would bet that entire time standing at the deli took probably almost 30 minutes. Customer service is almost non existent and it's beyond me how these employees are still working. If they're burned out, then management needs to figure out a better way to rotate their employees but this was absolutely the worst store I've ever been to. I'm guessing the employers either don't care or are oblivious since the reviews all voice the same feelings. To anyone reading this - If you need to get in and out quickly, you're better off going to chick fil a during the lunch rush than going to this store at any time.
