I love Publix because of their product selection and friendliness of the staff. This Publix though, the people who work here aren't very friendly. The guy at the meat section acted like we were disturbing him when we asked him to get us something behind their "prepared" meat counter. The people at the check out aren't very friendly either. The person at the self-check out would not come even after the machine kept on notifying them. It was just terrible. There is a Kroger walking distance to where we live but we choose to go to Publix. The service here is nothing compared to the Publix in Smyrna, friendliest and most helpful group of people.

Thank you so much for helping my grandma(95 years old) Friday mid day; she locked her keys in her car and was so upset and worried. All the staff members at the store looked for her keys inside before discovering they were in the car. A kind young man (assistant manager?) immediatly offered to drive her to her apartment to get her spare keys, then drove her back to Publix, got her car open and retrieved her groceries from cold storage to load them in the car himself! Above and beyond! You are the best and I appreciate the extra attention and help you gave to my grandma...it is truly a pleasure shopping at Publix. You time and effort really made a difference to someone today.

To the person who stole my money from the self check out! Tis the season to be a thief. Just because I was at that Publix does not mean my income is high! I worked hard for that money and for you not turn it in is disappointing. I guess you needed it more than my family. I returned to Publix after work and asked again if someone returned the money. It did not happen but I asked Drew to review the security tape. About 15 minutes later he did witness a young man in a cap buying a six pack of beer and taking the money. Drew did replace my money, hopefully that gentlemen has Karma bite him in the ass!

Very friendly staff well organized in some situations. I wish their fruit selection was a lot better it is not and when they ran out of things they would try to match the manager in the fruit Department today was kind of rude but all in all still enjoy

My favorite place to shop for my grocery. The store is so clean and the workers are so knowledgeable and helpful.
