Publix staff no matter where you go is friendly and helpful however if you need  something other than his on the shelf nine times out of 10 you will not get it. Corporate decision I'm always told.  And their floral department, no matter what store you go to, is certainly not alive! Their selection is atrocious sometimes the flowers have mold on them or half dead.  This is especially true in the evenings, weekends or holidays. Publix, what do you think, people don't shop for flowers during those hours or days?   I could walk into your competitor and buy the most gorgeous bouquets of flowers at anytime. Publix please get your floral dept. together!

I'm surprised at the service at this Publix. Management needs to pay more attention to the employees they are training. What is the point of having an employee bagging your groceries if they don't plan on placing them in your cart. Very lazy on their part. Also, pulling out their cell phone to check text messages on their phone in front of customers? Have some manners. Unprofessional. Publix management- train your employees well, it not only is a reflection of  your store but on you as well.

This Publix is pathetic. Horrible produce department and the Deli people hide in the back so they don't have to make subs.

Went to the deli. Worker scratching in her head with gloves on. When I kept looking at her she changed them but then started scratching in her head again.  Even though she had a hair net on she almost scratched it off. She didn't change her gloves this time nor wash her hands. She wanted to wait on me like that.  I told her that I had changed my mind. I left the store.
