Nick and the pharmacy crew from Publix from Country Club Corners are my heroes tonight. After days of trying to get an antibiotic that was prescribed and not covered by insurance, Nick got it transferred from another pharmacy to his pharmacy at Publix around 8 this evening...where it was on the free list. I would have had to wait until Monday if he wasn't willing to call and get it taken care of. These 5 stars are for Nick going above and beyond the call of duty to help me and for the other kind staff who checked me out tonight. Making me feel like it's worth the extra time and effort to help meant the world to me.

I really enjoy shopping at Publix. Everyone there makes you feel welcomed. It's the only store I shop at now. There stuff is no higher the other stores. I shop at the on 92 but mostly the one o. South end of Deland. Very helpful people.

My favorite publix the night Manager was just awesome for the situation I was just in and made sure he kept the door open for me ! Someone GIVE THEM AN AWARD

Don't Order subs online if you want them on time. I ordered 3 subs at 2:15 for pick up at 4:30. Got there at 4:35 and they were not ready so I asked the deli counter and she was the rudest person I've ever met, and I've never had a bad experience at Publix. She stated "Uhhh you can see how busy we are and we'll try to get to them as soon as we can, just walk around and come back later" I proceeded to inform a manager and the only thing I got from him was "Okay we'll see what you we can do" Seems like the staff at this Publix needs some training on customer service skills. Subs didn't end up being ready until 5. I'll just drive to another Publix farther away so I don't have to deal with the rude employees again.
