Waited 40 minutes in line at the deli. They always have only 1 person working at night past 9pm. I wanted a sub and there are 2 separate lines for subs or cold cuts and cheese. I was the only person at the time in line for a sub and more and more people were lining up for cold cuts and served before me. A second lady finally came out and instead of maybe helping me and another person who came for subs, she goes and serves more people who came after. Kinda sucks as far as service. Idk why Publix deli is always so slow.

Clean. Organized. Friendly and helpful staff. The only one thing publux is lacking is a bit of personal touch or style. Every publix is pretty much exactly the same. They should try taking comment cards to see if enough people enjoy a specific product/service to see if it is worth making the change/stocking up. Just something to make it feel like the publix in your neighborhood and not just another clean and perfect publix. This is why i don't shop here as often as i did in the past. It feels too uniform. Don't get me wrong though. Publix is awsome.

Thank you for making my shopping easier. Appreciate the tabs that indicate what is gluten free, helps me get in and out quicker and not have to waste time reading labels. Thank you for also now carrying gluten free ice cream cups, finally I can enjoy my ice cream the way it should be enjoyed.

I placed an order online for 2 subs to pick up at 9:00pm I arrived at 9:15 to be told that they were going to start my order at that moment. What's the point of ordering online if I all have to come and stand here for another 15 minutes to wait for them to do the order. Then the employee has an attitude while doing the order sandwiches were not done until 9:27 p.m.
