I’m specifically leaving a review based off their deli and how they handle the online order system. We placed our order about 12:05 for one foot long sub from the deli- and received an email saying our pick up time was 12:40... we have so far been waiting 30 minutes and have not seen our sub. The line for people that didn’t order in advance has already gone through a complete cycle of people that have arrived after us, and have still received their order before us. In the end it took us an hour and a half from when we ordered to get our food and leave Publix... I don’t blame the deli staff. They were understaffed and given a poor online ordering system in an attempt to compete with businesses like Panera. It was not just today they were swamped at lunch,- it’s every day, at every Publix I’ve ever been to. Publix needs to expand their deli section, make their online ordering system work properly, and staff the deli department with enough staff. If I had known it would be this much trouble, I would have just gone to Subway.

The deli department needs a retraining and until then I highly advise anyone to stay away from it if they care for their health. They've (on a consistent basis) reuse gloves even after handling trash (which is a health code violation mind you). I've never once seen them wash the sandwich cutting knife but if you're lucky they might give it a wipe after cutting different customers sub's which tend to contain different meats and vegetables (another health code violation). Thats just the worst of it, not to mention how they slap your sandwich together which means it falls apart on your lap as soon as you unwrap it. I'm done with this location because it seems to be limited to just THIS location. Hopefully my call to corporate will hep this situation but I highly doubt.

Extremely clean store.  Friendly, courteous and professional staff.  Always a smile and a request if they can help you find something.  Always a pleasure to shop there! 😊👍

Publix customer service surpasses All my expectations. It's amazing how such a large corporation with such busy stores that are very well kept even down to the parking lot and the restrooms the employees are very busy but they always have time to help the customer with a smile on their face and good spirits. I've been doing business with Publix for over 50 years and I cannot remember once leaving a store dissatisfied. Even the Publix name brand products surpass a lot of the expensive name brand products thank you Publix for putting your customers first yours truly faithful shopper.
