I have just found out they they no longer sell brown and serve rolls because Kings Hawaiian rolls forced them out of the store. I would have expected Publix to be stronger and not give in to such pressure to keep brown and serves on thier shelves. I may go to Kroger now, depending on the convienance.

My family and I are up here quite often, and not just because it's our neighborhood supermarket. There are always BOGO sales, friendly staff members, and a lovely sales associate showing us (customers) how easy dinner can be by cooking (in-store) from recipe cards, then providing all ingredients right in the vacinity. Additionally, no trip is complete without marking our children's Kid's club card at the bakery for a free cookie.

I started going to this Publix location after a series of bad experiences at a location closer to me. Each time I visit East Lake Publix it is a great visit and the employees are extremely friendly and helpful. The thing that I like most is that my online deli orders (sandwiches mainly) are ready on time and correctly made. This is an excellent Publix!

I always experience good customer service, for the most part, when I shop here. The store associates do not run away from you when they see you. They embrace your presence and go out of their way to assist you. That is your trademark. Most Publix stores are a cut above other grocerers. Keep up the good work.

Wide selection of high quality products, prices are very fair and staff is very helpful.
