I would give it 1 star but thanks to the manager Nick I believe I won't. My probably wasn't with him my problem was with Lorris or however you spell her name who works in the deli. She had the most nastiest attitude you could think of. I literally ask her a question and she turns to her co worker and say "these people really discuss me". I feel like if I'm paying my money then my question should be welcome. She threw the bread and walk off. I felt so bad. I would never do any one the way she did me. Gladly I talk to the manager he seems pretty nice. Thank you for taking care of the situation. But I will never go back to publix deli again!!! I get better service at McDonald's I swear. Ill be a Kroger next time.

So in the end I got to enjoy an awesome wrap but it didn't start that way. I'm not sure but it seemed like Kristine was having a bad day so I was nervous about her making my wrap. She did everything I asked for BUT when it came time to wrap the wrap it seemed like it was her first time. Maybe she needs more training...? Needless to say I didn't accept the broken mess, I just couldn't. I kindly got back in line and thankfully Nick had mad wrapping skills. Thanks Nick!

The customer service here is on par with what you expect for a Publix. The staff is always there to greet you and assist with any of your needs. However, I have two major problems with this store. There are so many items in the store that are expired. I have lived in this area when this store was just trees. No matter when I go in, I can find expired items. It ranges from the baby cough medicine to cake mix. This store has a MAJOR problem with this. The second is the produce. It is always old. They have recently tried to improve but I just went for a tomato and it was squishy to the touch. I didn't even pick it up. I hope they are able to fix these issues. It is still the best store in the area.

Bad service in the sandwhich line the workers have horrible attitudes the older lady was the worst and the hot food look so dry I know they not changing out food like they supposed to also no CORN NUGGETS NOBODY EVEN KNEW WHAT THEY WERE... please do better I truly love publixs....
