This has been my neighborhood store for many years and I love the professionalism of supervisory staff, as well as their responsiveness to customer's concerns. Of course, the other employees appear to be well trained and represent the organization. It's indeed a pleasure.

This store has been remodeled. It's still not as awesome as the Pembroke Commons Publix. I wanted to buy some yellow squash. I noticed some of the squash was spoiled and I brought it to the attention of a worker in the produce department.  He pointed me in the direction of a table that had more squash  that was fresh.  However,  I observed that he didn't bother to remove the spoiled squash.  To prevent another customer from buying spoiled squash, he should have removed it immediately. He just didn't seem to care. I think the employees could use some more customer service training and they should raise their standards.

The staff is friendly and cooperative. Also, the shelves stay stocked and the floors are clean. Shopping is REALLY a pleasure when I go there.

Everything in place easy to find items as they are properly displayed in marked isles with very courtious and understanding patient employees.best place to shop!!

In the deli department where they make the sub's there is no sense of urgency. People are headed to work or on lunch break the women where wonderful the young man is not meant for a high volumed situation..
