The worst customer service starting with Tim an older white man with a stank attitude that should be working at McDonald's Or NOT working at all I came to his registrar because everyone was full but his and I'm paying so you would think he would be like hi how are you did you find everything ... but NO he want to talk rude to me I front of another customer lol silly him thinking it was okay but I told him okay I'm paying it's not like I'm taking the food without paying what's the issue then he kissed his teeth and was like whatever and I was like if you don't like your job go elsewhere idiot. Then I spoke to the so called Milly that is the customer service manager they NEED to let her go because she has a stank attitude as well and when I called to explain the horrible customer service she was talking over me and I told her can you let me speak then you can proceed and she was like yeah okay like who does this then she hanged up on my face so I called back and spoke to the manager in charge which was more helpful and I explain to him the situation and he said he will address it to them. But of you want to go somewhere else do so because customer service here SUCKS and not worth spending your money at.

My experience at Publix in Lakeworth Florida was a great one. Everyone was helpful and pleasant. I love Public Supermarkets!!!

Simply asked for vinegar packets on the side. When she handed me my sub I asked a second time and she very ruedly told me they are in the bag. Surprise when I open the bag no vinegar packs but she did put in 1 oil package. How hard is it to get the order correct?

Some of the deli workers are either poorly trained or just don't care.  I'm not one for throwing anyone under the bus and I am sure there are some great people working in the deli. 
My co worker and I ordered sandwiches.  We were in line one after the other. The woman started making my co worker's sandwich and had to go in the back to get more supplies or something. There was another employee who then asked for next in line. My co worker then gave him my order because we were pressed for time while I went and got our drinks.  The deli worker said that the other person was working on our order. He would not take our order for our second sandwich and proceeded to ask the person behind my co worker for their order. We explained that we were there first and why should we now have to wait to give the second order to someone who was not even there at the time. So we left and they lost our business.  It is unfortunate because this is my neighborhood store. I will still shop for groceries but I will not buy from their deli anymore.  There was no reason he could not make the second sandwich because they are billed separately and paid for at the front of the store.
