I am a Publix customer since 2001. First of all, I want to congratulate you on keeping the store immaculate and the customer service has always been very pleasant. About three days ago, Mr. Randy who regularly works in register #1 welcomed me with a smile as always, to my surprise he was no longer sitting in his little chair where he rests his knee. He has been an impeccable, faithful worker and a great human being. I guess the managers of the store no longer allow him to sit anymore. Because of this, he is working with much pain, hours and hours standing without being able to rest his knee. I ask you through this medium to be HUMAN and allow Mr. Randy to rest his knee while working, please do not be cruel. This is the second case I have witnessed of absolute cruelty in this supermarket. The first was, some time ago where one of your employees took a couple of months off to receive a medical treatment for his cancer and when he returned, the managers simply told him "Sorry, but you have no longer a job" I would also like to clarify that Mr. Randy did not mentioned anything and did not complain at any time. Please have a heart, all I ask is to please return his chair to Mr. Randy so he can continue working without pain. Thank you for your understanding, Yanet

Good place BUT they nees urgently to work better in the way they pack.

Great service always... attentive employees and great selection the even have guava cake... hard to find...

Excellent as usual. There is none better. Most importantly they all talk to me in my mother tongue - English.

The service at the deli is the worst. They see you, stare at while you wait and do nothing about it. They are busy doing their own work and they don't care.
