This store has really gone down hill in the past couple of years. I've been shopping at this location for over 9 years and in the past it's been a outstanding store. Recently, they have hired new staff in the deli department that are absolutely worthless! Lately, when I've shown up between 6:30 and 7:00 p.m. (dinner time) they've been completely out of soups. Don't even try to order something from the grill....it's ALWAYS old and has been sitting out ALL day long! Also, the extremely rude Spanish woman working in the meat department needs to be fired. She would rather sit around talking about schedules and bad mouth other employees than take care of customers. It's funny because they have a several employees that have been there for years and they are awesome. These young punk kid new hires, who'd rather read text messages and talk to other employees then greet costumer at the registers. I will drive the extra miles and shop at the Bells Ferry and Barret Parkway location.

Customer service is terrible if you are a person of color. I approached and said hi to the cashier. Silence. My husband shortly after me said hi, how are you to cashier? Silence. That'll be $17.70 was her only response. My husband tells the young lady bagging the groceries, thank you as she passes them to him. Silence. She kinda snickers and looks away. Before we leave, another couple walks up and the cashier politely says hello. Wow. The only difference between us and the people who walked up and received a greeting, that I could see, was they were white. Sadly, we just moved into the neighborhood and this is unfortunately the closest grocery store. However, we will never return again. We can definitely spend our money elsewhere. I sincerely hope no one else is made to feel the way we did that night.

This is a great example of the old style publix service levels and operations. Super-clean, at least 3 associates asked if they can help me find anything, one of them did help me find something I was unable to locate. The whole store was very bright, well-stocked, organized, and well presented. I was very comfortable in here. The deli counter staff was also friendly and quick on the slicers. I thoroughly enjoyed the experience and that's not something I have been able to say at Publix lately. This location is a perfect example of the Publix brand and mantra. I will be back.

Prices are too high. Rarely find what I'm looking for. Staff is nice. Deli dept doesn't open until 11:30. Only go for convenience.
