My daughter and I were looking for a specific brand of a holiday item in the weekly flyer, but at many other Publix locations they could not find it and said we were out of luck. However, at Paradise Plaza, Asst Manager Sergio Eastman made a note of the item and, upon receiving a shipment, put some aside for us and called us back. When we thanked him in person, he reassured us that his mission was that our needs were always met after going to the store. This will certainly make our holiday easier and we cannot thank Sergio enough. Paradise Plaza is our Publix for good reason! :)

This place reminds me of Albertsons from home which is one of the better stores. Publix is that store you go into after a hot day because it just seems so cool on the inside. The cashier did an awesome job. I got a 6 pack of bottled coke and I kept thinking "soda is so expensive here!" I thought 5 dollars was a little outrageous. Turns out they're 2 for 5. I had no idea jntil the cashier told me. Perfect addition for our fishing trip..

they were absolutely awesome at that store. My girlfriend and I went shopping there when she was getting out of her walker to get into an electric cart she started to fall and a nice woman named Tanya came over and helped me hold my friend up from falling. And then she came up to his later to make sure everything was okay. Everyone I met today at that store was so nice and kind to us. They will definitely get our business more often. And again thank you so much Tanya. You were awesome woman.

Always fresh and even fast to checkout when busy. Shop here half dozen times a month and never a bad experience.
