Sounds boring but every time I go to Publix I get the same thing like a great service like a great people at my at the store I go and great product so if I said what happened a few minutes ago it was average it was only great.

This publix change for worse. Where you DO Not feel happy to SHOP!!!.
New Manager is making customers not to shop there. I'm sorry for the employees who are not happy as before.
He does not know how to honor the slogan that always that Publix work for it. They are hiding the flyers of the promotions of the week. shame on them !!!!!!!!!!!!!! or on HIM !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have no other complaints except that their fried chicken have the smell of old oil!...Publix makes the best fried chicken around here, don't ruin it by trying to saving in the oil. Change your frying oil once in a while please.
