I love this Publix! However, if you do not like getting smacked into by other people's carts do not come here on a Sunday afternoon!

Concerning the Publix Supermarket in the Shoppes at New Tampa on Bruce B Downs Boulevard in Wesley Chapel. This Publix Supermarket is clean, we'll stocked and well maintained with relatively competent employees but upper management can be arrogant and aloof. Not sure if the added level of customer service is worth the premium in grocery prices.

Staff was very helpful, always asked if we needed help finding stuff and were very quick to help if asked!

I am very upset because I left my wallet there, called to ask if it was turned in, was told no... A month later, the police called me and reported that publix turned my wallet into them last night, over 1 month later. The publix reportedly had been collecting lost and found for an entire month before bringing it to the police station. I also left my number with publix so that they could call if it was turned in. Instead, they just held it for a month. BTW, my ID and correct mailing address was inside, along with my health insurance cards.
