Me and my mom shop here almost daily.   They have the best customer service I've ever experienced at a supermarket.  There are certain people I want to recognize but can't think of the names off the top of my head, but I'm going to get their names and post them because these people deserve recognition.  Thank you for being the best place to shop in ft Walton and having such great employees.   I think Donna the cashier is amazing and does a fantastic job (I just remember her name).  I know corporate reads this and I hope you give her the recognition she deserves.

I was in this store on a Saturday evening in July.  Every single employee I encountered was pleasant and helpful, and the environment was pure chaos.  Timothy was stocking items on the end of an aisle as I wandered looking for Velveeta.  He asked if he could help me, and when I told him what I needed, he put down his box and walked with me to find it...amazing customer service.

Visit in Fort Walton on vacation. Stopped in to Publix to pick up a few items we needed. We found what we needed quickly and the cashiers were very friendly.

The guy I talked to was really nice, but when I asked him about cotton candy grapes, he said they didn't have any and then said they taste the same as regular grapes. 
I found some cotton candy grapes.
They taste nothing like regular grapes. 
I'm appalled.

Clean, well stocked, helpful employees (mostly). Well laid out with most common items easy to find. On site butcher is a plus.
