Stopped in today to pick up a few things.... Was VERY impressed with my cashier "Vickie" hope the spelling is right on her name... I had just finished using my card paying for my groceries and Vickie noticed a sticker coupon on one of my items... She alerted another employee and directed me over to the customer service booth... And that employee applied a $2 credit on a Publix Gift card.  I just wanted to extend my gratitude to Publix and especially Vickie for saving me $$$.  I'm a small business owner and my income is seasonal.  It's wonderful when customer service is combined with caring employees such as Vickie.... She's a treasure and with all of our busy lives it's easy to not pay attention to the little things... A courteous greeting.... A smile... And seeing a coupon I totally missed.  Once again thank you

I love my Publix! The store manager Tammy is a great asset to Publix! Some of the cashiers have been there 20 years or better and they are amazing! They have the most friendly men bagging our groceries. It is always a pleasure to go there! 

I also want to say how wonderful the pharmacy is. Pete and Vanessa are the best pharmacists and the gals that work with them I can not say enough about! Last year I had cancer surgery and while hubby was at work I was in need of medicine which was brought to my house by one of the girls. I bet you would never have that at Walmart! ! I don't think I have ever been there where they were not busy but polite and kind! After leaving a few chain pharmacies I would never go back!  Thank you all!

Get followed Everytime I go in there now by the tall skinny girl who takes 20min ciggarette breaks by hercar thought it was just a coincidence untill she followed me in the bathroom stood there with her door not even shut and I was taking my time to see if she would leave before me but nope she only walked out 15 seconds after I did it's annoying offensive and if u think I'm stealing check ur cameras u have them in every aisle... Or at the very least lets not make it that obvious...

I have been using this Publix since I was a kid. Employees are usually very kind and helpful. But honestly today I'm very surprised at this bad experience my boyfriend and I had. He ordered a cake through the bakery for my birthday. They asked him what he would like on the cake and told him a price. When he went to pick it up they did not put what he ordered on the cake and when they rang it up they attempted to charge 2x the quoted price. They tried to fight him over the price and were very rude. Your main job is to make people's special occasions SPECIAL. On my birthday of all days Publix really dropped the ball on making me feel good. I won't be back for some time.
