This is the worst Publix I've ever been to. I've been visiting it for 3 years and it consistently gets worse. The first problem is that the stock is hardly ever moved regularly. Old milk, old meats. It's bad....but here is where it really pisses me off. The deli is a train wreck. A TRAIN WRECK. The guy Ed who works in the back....FIRE THAT GUY. The deli is so mis-managed that they literally NEVER EVER have chicken tenders or any of their lunch item available. Today I waited 35 minutes for chicken tenders. Get this....only 2 people were working in the deli at NOON on a Monday. Two poor ladies making sandwiches while tons of people sat in line. The guy "ED" who was making the chicken saw this line grow and grow and grow. Finally when he finished cooking the chicken tenders and popcorn chicken (Because they were out of both and too lazy to drop them when they are low) he just yelled, "TENDERS". Didn't even try to bring them out to the customers. Just waited. Everyone was so upset. 2 people during my wait had ordered subs online and when they got there the deli didn't even have know their names let alone have their sandwiches ready. Publix....do yourself a favor. Fire half the guys in that deli and find some competent people who know what customer service is. It's bad....like really bad.

I use to love this location but now I feel like everyone who had great customer service skills have left. I've had the worst experience with Paul on several occasions. I believe he's a manger (he's tall with Grey hair) but you would never be able to tell because of his rude, unprofessional and unfriendly personality. Publix is not cheap so I feel like the service need to match the prices. This location definitely needs improvement.

I never expected to have to write a one star review of Publix but this store is absolutely abysmal at making cakes. I picked up a birthday cake that a family member paid for only to find that they forgot to write happy birthday, and when I opened the box I discovered that the layers of the cake were sliding off each other.

I've had my fair share of good and bad experiences with this specific publix location but I am writing this one-star review now for one reason: to get the attention of management and/or corporate. A conversation needs to be had about what is considered appropriate and inappropriate when interacting with customers. One thing that is always inappropriate to do to anyone without their consent is touching, and that is what a middle aged/older employee did to me today while checking out. There was no bagger in my line and as a former publix employee I straight away bagged my own groceries with my reusable bags. Seconds before finishing doing so this male employee approached me from behind, grabbed my shoulders, and said "I've got it sweetheart." He did not even wait for me to move before he intruded on the space I was occupying. I understand it is his job to bag groceries. But if another publix employee touches me without my consent, which I would not give, I'll be contacting corporate about updating their training procedures, though it really should go without saying that a middle aged man should not approach a young woman (or anyone) from behind and touch or grab them in any context.

Ordered wraps for Village Square meeting, some one put sunflower seeds IN THEIR SHELLS in the wraps. Someone is not working with their mind. Catering sucks.
