Wonderful customer service. You hire the handicap and I think that is praiseworthy. Wonderful selection of produce. BUT, and this is a big but.......the meat is terrible. Sometime it may take and extra 15 minuets just to remove the fat. The meats are packaged to hide the fat. When you open the package and turn the meat over and......there it is. Fat Heaven.  I try to buy my meat Trader Joe’s or Whole Foods.

I love this store. Pretty nutty, right? Well yes, you're right of course. But EVERY time I go in, I ALWAYS feel better coming out. That's crazy, you're thinking. Grocery stores aren't intended to improve one's mental health! But (again that "but"), what happens to most people who spend any time with other people who seem to care about you, who are glad to go out of their way to be helpful to you, who smile rather than frown at you. All this while being somewhere you KNOW you won't be taken advantage of, where you are CERTAIN you'll find quality at good prices, and where you're GUARANTEED satisfaction. Go ahead, given all that, tell me you wouldn't feel better coming out of HERE, Publix.

Being an ex cashier, you know what to expect from a grocery store, but the experience in Publix is above and beyond. Exceptionally friendly, helpful and ready to meet any challenges the day may bring is what you feel, think and receive when you enter and leave Publix. I also find great deals and save money everytime. It's a wonderful place to shop and you're always welcome.

This Publix is consistently out of stock for many common items such as stone ground wheat bread Tate's cookies and a number of items. I find myself going there at least once a month and leaving without something very basic that I needed that they carry but isn't in stock. They have many stock related issues and when you ask if they have anything in the back the customer service team call someone to come talk with you and after 10 minutes they show you where it is in the aisle and tell you that they don't think they have any in the back and without checking send you away. I love Publix but this Publix is probably the worst one I've been to

Love my Publix. Even with the new setup, which is actually better in many ways. With the exception of 1 item that they just don't carry, they always have my favorite products/brands. Rarely, if ever, do they run out of anything that I buy. Even though there is now one closer to me, I still shop at this location because I know they'll have what I need. Thank you for being a great store, Publix at Pebblebrook!
