One consultant at the deli burnt a guys sandwich & didn't apologize or give him new bread even though he said he would still eat it. My consultant Randy was so busy talking to his co worker that he wasn't listening to my order but he did apologize after putting extra mustard on my sandwich. This place is normally good but today they were unprofessional.

I like this Publix and shop here regularly. The service is usually quite good. My experience today unfortunately was disappointing. The chicken deli platter that I ordered by phone midweek was not ready at
4 p.m. I asked to have it ready at 1 p.m. when I ordered. Also, the clerk who took my order called me the same day I ordered to ask what day I needed it. I gave the date and time twice when ordering and again when called.

The Chantilly Cake I ordered is poorly decorated with sparse berries. I bought some strawberries so I can fix it. 

The cashier and bagger were friendly eventhough it was very busy.

I hope for better deli and bakery service in the future.

Everyone is always friendly here. Even the stockers say hi and ask if they can help me find something. The bakery has some of the most delicious-looking pastries for the best price I've seen.
