Kirstin is the nicest manager I have encountered at this store. I visit this location frequently and every time it seems that no one is happy or eager to assist. From customer service moving at a slow speed creating a long line with a negative attitude and then the lady stocking the shelf acted as if I was in her way and did not even offer to help find the product i was looking for.

Experience was on point, I saw a fine little baddie at customer service. But more to the point U went there for fruit it it's always fresh. So if you don't go there for the women I highly recommended checking out the fruits.

Very clean store where you find all you need quick and easy. Walmart should take customer service training from Publix.

The ladies who work in the Deli are rude, slow, and inconsiderate! I consider myself a pretty polite guy. I smile, Please, Thank you, & if it’s 8:00 pm i’ll cut you a little slack.. but this lady LITERALLY stops what she’s doing just to talk to the worker next to her.. and not only that but they laugh and speak in another language which PERSONALLY in my opinion is very rude. Then to top it off, she gave me a rude look and huffed her breath when I asked her to dice the Tomato’s and onions on my sub. My Sub only has 6 ingredients... that’s just poor customer service. Typically I like shopping at publix so I would suggest the Publix Deli on Community over Village Blvd!

Why do your stores like to constantly make loud annoying pages over the intercom? I was there for 5 minutes once I heard at least a dozen. DELI DEPARTMENT DELI CALL ON LINE ONE DELI. 10 second later, PRODUCE DEPARTMENT PRODUCE BLAH BLAH PRODUCE. It is Super annoying and obnoxious. Even Walmart doesn’t do this. Get it together Publix! “Where shopping is a pleasure”, yea right.
