Publix on Thomasville Rd has a good pharmacy and excellent main store. The products are fairly easy to find and at affordable prices. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They carry a nice selection of health foods including fresh organic fruits and vegetables. Their GreenWise brand is a good value for healthy shoppers. We have used the pharmacy several times, it's generally convenient and organized. At certain busy times the parking can be stressful, so I like to park around the side by the pharmacy. When it's busy, it can be a bit hectic navigating the store around other customers, but overall it's usually pretty smooth. Otherwise we enjoy having a good grocery store nearby.

Great shopping trip, lots of friendly employees that are always helpful. The young lady that bagged my groceries was polite, friendly, helpful and could hold a conversation. I knew i couldnt tip her so I called the customer service manager and gave her a rave review. The manager said that my call bought her a lunch "on me" as a reward/incentive/HUGE GOLD STAR!

Service is going downhill. I purchased port short rib at Village Square Publix yesterday. After it got cut, a beef label was put on, and I didn't notice that until I got home. When I was at the store this morning, the customer service was like, "oh, I didn't know what happened", when she gave me back the price difference, she said, "that makes it a little cheaper". Well, it may not be a lot of money, but that's 30% difference. Not once did she say she was sorry about the mistake, and she made me feel like I am being cheap for a mistake they have made. Publix customer service used to be much better than this and I expected a totally different attitude.

I came by to get salad mix for a Church supper. I found what I needed. The check out line went smoothly. I paid for my purchase and left. It was a nice experience.

Shipping at Publix is always a positive experience. I love these stores. I am from Ohio & I just wish we'd had them up there.
