The deli staff work in slow mo and clearly management sucks here. Wasted my whole lunch break and still haven’t gotten to take more order. It’s taken them about 15-20mins per single sandwich.  And y’all want to increase minimum wage?  C’mon man

I am very upset. I have shopped at this Publix for around 10 years. I grew up in Miami Shores and have ALWAYS shopped at Publix. Lately, because I have a 17 year old son I have shopped at Wallmart as well. Today I made a "special trip" to Publix forpork and tag less tea bags. Found nothing. There were a few more things I had planned to shop for but I left. Empty handed and very disappointed. No Bueno.

Worst deli ever. Slow and sometimes unresponsive. The number system... does not apply here. I'm here now and there are 7 people and no one knows who's next. I've mentioned this to management with no help. Wish they could get their $#!+ together!

I just find out that they are throwing out all the roosted chicken, all the chicken that they cook  at the end of the day instead of selling them half price like other publix

I reported to the cashier, a strange man following me around the store (he had followed me 3 blocks before I got there...) The employees took immediate action in making sure I felt safe and took my warning seriously. I felt very cared for. A young woman by the name of Tiarra (I hope that's how it's spelled,) went out of her way to carry a couple of my bags and walk me out to the point I felt safe. She even volunteered to walk me 4 blocks to where I was staying! I didn't need that... but what an amazing girl to offer. I won't forget her kindness AND encouragement/discussion that we can indeed believe in good people in the World despite the bad that seem to get more attention. Every employee there handled it so well... I instantly fell in love with the location as a place that operates like a family and serves their customers with care. I'm only in town 2 more weeks... but that's the only place I'll shop now whenever I'm staying here in town and will tell ALL of my fellow employees (all cruise ship entertainers who stay nearby) to support that store. Thank you. (Oh... and the produce is great! Great selections there overall!!! ) :-)
