Then to top it off the cashier and bag guy were super friendly. The store is clean and well stocked. Publix is sometimes a little more expensive than other stores but if you want a stress free shopping experience they're the go to place!!
Great staff, easy service, self check out, great chili. Overall I loved the experience I went in there and came out with breakfast 10 mins later. Their Publix brand preseason chicken breast is top tier. Hope you enjoy it like I did!!
I was able to find Everything I needed from a one gallon distilled Water for a dollar to soups stacks another kind of beverages. Prices were reasonable and things were easy to find. The atmosphere and hugging us of the store. We're good as well as the selection had a lot of choice in fresh fruits and vegetables such as bananas, oranges, apples, celery beats carrots, potatoes, lettuce onions Grape fruit fruit grapes blueberries raspberries pineapple bananas and much more
This is the closest Publix to my neighborhood. I just moved to the area. I cannot say enough good things about Publix in general which is why I am taking the time to address what I have encountered at this one. Naturally, there are nice people who work here, I have encountered quite a few. But, on more than one occassion I have had interactions which have left me a bit confused. So, I am at the "self" checkout line today - circa 12:30 pm. There is only one other person using the "self" checkout line, so I assume the Publix representative Gelina assigned to the section could clearly see what was happening w/all of her two customers - presently - in her section. I proceed to scan all six items, the whole time the Publix representative Gelina is engaged in a very loud conversation with another customer - not a problem, why would I mind - I am literally, just minding my business and casually scanning the few items I needed today.. But, as soon as she is done talking to that customer she loudly asks me: "Excuse me, did you pay for those???" Mind you, she is 3 feet from me and the entire transaction, of all six items, is presently on the screen. I politely explain that she should come over and look at the screen and that she would have seen me scan such few items had she "not been in a conversation during my whole time at the register". So, its easier for her to ask, again LOUDLY, if I paid for those items: I was kind of in shock and could feel my adrenaline rising because by now - she is physically able to see my cash register screen I think its like that on purpose - so, what other reason - other than trying to make someone have a bad day is there to 'Loudly' basically, accusing someone of stealing, twice? Wouldn't you, as a representative need to view my reciept, or review my transaction, if you in-fact have a doubt as to what I did? What is the purpose of having one other person in line, and loudly asking about what I did not 3 feet from you - while you had an entire conversation with someone else? When I explain to Gelina that she was a bit out of line she proceeded to regail her story to another random customer in line, the only other customer; whom I guess she did not suspect of anything. The whole dynamic left me a bit confused. I see some of these "self" checkout lines are run in very odd ways. People should be aware that nobody that is not stealing MINDS your presence, or your "HELP" - I do mind being transparent, going out of my way to make my merchandise scans obvious and visible - for you to then disrespectfully and loudly ask a question which has an obvious implication: "EXCUSE ME SIR, DID YOU STEAL THAT?" I am going to give this Publix a bit of a rest. It is not the first 'Off' encounter I have had at this particular Publix; it is why I was in the self-checkout line, I just needed bread, ice-cream, and like two sweets, along w/some soda - it literally fit in a basket. After such a jarring interaction I went ahead and left all the groceries. I just went to the closest Publix down the road, the self - checkout line was super busy. I scanned my now famous 'six' items, the Publix representative nodded and smiled as I passed her - and that was that. It was not that hard. Gelina was not feeling me I guess.
One of the best Publix around. If you can't find any grocery item anywhere, this is the place to go. It's one stop shop for my grocery list. Staff is competent, polite and helpful. A number of time I needed help and the staff has always gone out of the way to help. Hygiene of store is immaculate. Don't forget to check the bakery items.
I am new in Florida and the publix store is the one was recommended because is closest to me. Beside the parking being a litle too small and requires waiting, the rest is good . Nice people, clean store,... some prices are higher then in California but ...I like the store.
When check out there was a problem not sure what it was but it took some time before the problem was solved and the person who fixed the problem really didn't seem to care. My uncle has a bad back which he can't stand in one place for a period of time .
Very clean facility needed help. I approached the manager who was very attentive to my need sends His assistant to help me find the product I needed. I love to shop at Public
Store was busy, went at 4:30. Lines were flowing nice. I used self check out. Store was well stocked. Looked clean. First time there.
I didn’t find what I was looking for and Luis helped me right away! He rushed to the back in the warehouse to bring it to me! Very friendly, very respectful, very good customer service! Publix needs people like him! He’s a real asset for the company! Thank you for help Luis!
