First, let me throw a shout out to the two ladies who were working the night we visited as we literally showed up 10 minutes before closing.  Without missing a beat they stopped their shut down duties and took our order and full filled it.  Puffles is located in Downtown Miami and the entire facility deserves another visit as there are tons of eateries on the First floor.  However, we were looking for something sweet and what we got was sinfully sweet!  Thank you for the wonderful desert dishes and staying open for us.  Great place and I highly recommend!

This place is located inside a bigger building with many manyyyy other mini restaurants and cafes! Puffles was delicious!  Would really recommend going again and checking out the other mini restaurant stands

Seemed like an interesting place for dessert. I didn't have high expectations but it was AMAZING! Loved the NY style cheesecake with strawberry, waffle is so yummy. Peanut butter cups would be better crumbled up, they were a bit oily in texture. Highly recommended.Food: 4/5

I ordered waffle cone with cookies and cream ice cream, oreo crumbs, graham cracker crumbs, and mini M&Ms  Speed: 4.5/5 - Quick and timely, which shows waffles are made to order Taste: 5/5 - Everything worked well together, each bite had a bit of oreo, cookie, vanilla, and graham cracker which made each bite delightful. Mini M&Ms good touch over regular M&Ms, works better with ice cream Presentation/Amount: 5/5 - Looked fancy and fun when it came out, good amount of ice cream and toppings, rather filling but not too heavy Atmosphere/Clean:  4/5 - Fun venue, our table did have crumbs on it when we arrived, but I understand why because we added more to it!

Stopped by while in Miami on a trip and can’t wait to go back! Absolutely loved the waffle sundae, highly recommend M&Ms in your waffle and the NY cheesecake ice cream. Also got the taro milk tea with boba and it was delicious!Food: 5/5

This is a MUST TRY while in Miami! One of the best desserts I’ve ever had. The waffle was crispy on the outside and warm and fluffy on the inside. The waffle contrasted the ice cream very well and the staff were even nice enough to throw in a free coffee drizzle for me. My girlfriend and I both customized our perfect Puffles. Highly recommend this spot!!

It was great! I ordered the original waffle flavor with NY Cheesecake ice cream with chocolate chips and marshmallows. It was on point! New favorite place for dessert. Well located, fast service.

New ice cream spot for the Miami heat located dab smack in the middle of downtown Miami, inside the Julia & Henry’s food hall. Ice cream is fresh and delicious. The waffle cones by themselves are worth the visit. Some of the best I’ve had. For all you chocolate lovers out there make sure to try the “Death by Chocolate”.
