My son lost his car key.  His car takes a transponder key that needs to be programed.   Very happy with the work that was done.  The tech that came out was very knowledgeable.   The key that was made works great.  The price was reasonable.   Would use them again.  Thank you Puget Sound Locksmiths!!!

They copied my couple of keys and an odd mail key handily and quickly, and with a friendly manner for a few bucks each. The parking out front though it is a little challenging, being a small gravel lot. It was hard to park without blocking someone, and then had to do the backing out onto the main street exercise. They might do better to delineate that a little or make it a drive through forwards lot somehow. Good job I would go back in the future and support local businesses. Thanks.

Will not be using them again. I called for a locksmith and possible key replacement. After I made the call I discovered that my keys were locked in my car so I would not need a replacement and decided to just go with my insurance roadside provider USAA (The reason I had not initially called was because in the event that they keys weren't in there I did not want to have to call 2 separate places).  Gave them a call back to let them know I would not need assistance and the operator whose name I wish I had gotten was upset that I was canceling. I'm sorry but as a college student working 2 jobs and paying for everything if I get the chance to not have to pay $79 to get my car opened then I am taking that, seeing as that money could be used to go to school books or food for that week. When I explained this, he abruptly cut me off and hung up.

Awesome job! I'm very glad I called you guys the price was way much cheaper then the other locksmiths I called thank you for doing an awesome job & for being very respectful. If you are looking for a locksmith I really would recommend Puget sound locksmith
