Take your cae here if you want to get your car fixed and then go to pick it up and realize the problem has NOT BEEN FIXED and you tell them and all they say is just leave it another day and we promise to fix it BUT THEY DO NOT FIX IT. And at the end they charge you a ridiculous amount of money compared to what was first said.

DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE.

 I decided to take my car in for a simple oil change but they never did. I knew my drain plug was stripped (impossible to take off without a grip) and marked it and they never even touched it and charged me a whopping $35 for nothing.  

I will not be coming back nor will I be recommending any one to bring their money to Pulido's Auto Repair Shop.

These are my go-to guys! 2yrs ago I was recommended this shop by my stepdad, & I've been a loyal customer ever since. Not only do they do impeccable work(thanks Jesus & AJ!), but they also make you feel comfortable. They go out of their way to show you how your car is supposed to perform/look vs. how your car actually performs/looks because they want you to understand. In the office, Jorge breaks down every payment, so you know exactly where your money is going. He also suggests services & maintenance without making you feel obligated, unlike other shops I've been to. Most considerate & reliable auto shop around!

Went here April 2017 with a used car I had just purchased. Got ripped off BIG time! Asked for a checkup/inspection, charged me $70 to do a minimal visual check and over $600 to replace 2 motor mounts. All took less than 2 hours. 2 days after visiting this shop my engine light came on (which had not happened before, and  is still on. I found an established shop in Riverside that won't overcharge an unaware customer.

Second time taking a car here to get an alignment five and tyres installed, and again, I'm happy. The staff are very knowledgeable, helpful, and attentive. I was a little disappointed to find out the price of the alignment went up $25, but all in all, I'm satisfied with the work done.
