Not sure if I got one of the rooms that was not renovated, but it needed a couple of improvements. First off, the curtains were hanging off their rod and needed to be attached on arrival. The bathroom was very small and the door seemed loose and it was hard to close properly. The faucet's hot water handle was hard to shut off as the mechanism appeared to be slipping. The mattress creaked so loudly when moving on the bed that it would wake any other sleeping occupants in the same room. I found these issues to be quite an annoyance the night of my stay. Otherwise, the front desk gentleman was very courteous. I list these issues not to be needlessly negative, but hopefully so they can get remedied. But with those issues, I do not feel the price I paid was worth it

Our room had a full remodel and was gorgeous!! You can't go wrong on the price!! Very friendly staff.

I have stayed at the hotel 3 times and have been very pleased with the hotel. Great people and clean rooms.

Excellent! Cute and super clean rooms - love it !!! ...and wonderful checkin experience - nice gentleman with great service ! Private, huge flatscreen TV, mini fridge and microwave - checked all my boxes. A+ guys, well done.

Very affordable and comfortable. Great location, friendly service with privacy. The owners, rates, and accommodations blow every local competitor away. Great place for a getaway or an extended business trip. I suggest the Pullman not be overlooked in making your next reservation in the area.
