I felt Dr. Alvarez was truly interested in my current health and complicated health history.  He listened, was very attentive, kind, and also appeared to have a wide base of knowledge.  My fits of coughing seem to have finally been resolved for now, and I thank Dr. Alvarez as well as my primary for finally finding the right combination of inhalers.  I highly recommend Dr. Alvarez.
