This facility is perfect for a kid's birthday party. There is a room that has the bounce houses, inflatable slides, air hockey, etc. The room is set up in a way that it is easy for parents to sit near the entrance and see the entire room. There is also a separate room for food and opening presents, including an inflatable throne for the birthday boy/girl. The best part of this place was the staff who are great with the kids and very organized. They played a number of games with the kids including hide and seek. The staff organized the food and even the opening of presents.

Wouldn't recommend birthday parties - the staff, while friendly, is basically just a group of kids and they can be a little overbearing. They insisted on playing games with the kids that they clearly weren't interested in and threw away a ton of the food - including my son's pizza before he even ate any of it. The price has gone up significantly in the past several years as well. You're forced to pay for photos, for example, that are absolutely terrible, taken on a tiny camera that's no better than a smartphone. (I was kind of bummed about that one because I brought my nice camera but, for the group photo, all of the kids are looking at the staff member and none of those pictures turned out. They're super fuzzy (as were most photos) and I can barely tell who's who in the picture.) Overall, while it's a great place for kids to play during open jump time, the party package is NOT worth the money.

Had my daughter birthday party today and very happy with it. Place is nice and clean, all stuff were very nice, friendly and positive, they helped with everything. I feel like we was well taken care of! Thank you very much.

Small area. Registration on the computer took 15 min. Because it wouldn't work. Pizza tasted like rubber and cake was sugar

Friendly staff, great kids party setup. A bit small, i would think the open jump could get very over crowded
