Having worked out in more than a few boxing gyms, I know a good one when I see it. I have great workouts here, it's clean and doesn't smell like a locker room. Bathroom and shower are clean but this place is definitely not about the frills. Go somewhere else if u want to run on a treadmill. It's a gym focused on training and improving your technique. They have like 4 speed bags in good condition which is impressive. Most boxing gyms have 1 or 2 bags and you're lucky if they're usable. Trainers are helpful and ready to answer questions. They also give plenty of personal attention to better your technique and no matter your skill level u will be challenged to improve both endurance and technique.

Terrible experience. By far worst boxing gym in Miami. Trainers are unprofessional; facility doesn't loan wraps for "sanitary purposes," but loans smelly gloves stored in a trash bin; and the overall class was not personal or hands-on. Spend your time and effort elsewhere: Fight Club and Mickey Demos are much better, and offer free 1st class.

I was very skeptical due to the location, but I purchased a one month membership to try it out and I AM loving it.  The location is great, very centrally located, the ambiance is wonderful, the staff is AWESOME the facility super clean, nice and always with very high energy and friendly smile, however they do make you work and feel you belong to a better toned body.  I LOVE IT and HIGHLY recommend it.  I am totally becoming a lifetime-member after this month.  Did I say love it, well I do and I AM feeling it everywhere.
