This is a puppy mill. Our vet's office just had a client come in that unfortunately bought a Pomeranian puppy from this facility - full of worms and already over the "teacup" size at 12 weeks as puppy mills throw out the phrase "teacup" as a scam. To be CRYSTAL clear - a good breeder will SHOW you the mom and where the puppies have lived. They will have Veterinary care proof NOT just vaccinations that they did themselves. They will NOT be selling multiple puppies from multiple litters at the same time. Do not let legal papers fool you - licensing does not guarantee an ethical breeder or even a healthy breeder. A breeder who cares about the puppies and customers will NOT breed a French Bulldog to unhealthy standards that will cause it to have serious and costly health problems throughout it's entire life. If you must purchase a puppy instead of adopting (which is the healthiest and most ethical option) do so through a reputable breeder NOT a puppy mill that will sell you sick, worm-filled puppies from parents trapped in filthy, feces covered cages for their short, miserable lives. Do NOT give these crooks any money or support! If you want to rescue these puppy mill puppies report them and ask your local law makers for stronger laws. This puppy mill is breeding the most trendy fads to the highest extreme for quick money - they do not care about you or the dogs they make their money off of. Be an educated and cautious owner. Anyone in good conscience would not support this factory of abuse.

Disgusting puppy mill that cares nothing for dogs. Just look at how unprofessional they are at responding to their negative reviews when people honestly report what's going on here! From their scam loan offers to their photoshopped advertisements, this place needs to be closed. Don't let good reviews fool you either - puppy mill breeders commonly use different accounts to write fake reviews for themselves. Good breeders that care for their dogs would never deform french bulldogs to such cruel proportions. Ask any vet - this is sad and sets future owners up for heartbreak and extreme expense to fix what they have genetically mutated. You want a sweet addition to your family. You don't want a puppy with parvo, worms, and skeletal deformities. Adopt or go through a private breeder that shows you the mom and where she lives! Don't support puppy mills. Don't be fooled. California just made it illegal for puppies to be sold in stores - next step is getting abusive places like this shut down!

We had the best experience purchasing our beautiful puppy! After several weeks of researching the exact dog we wanted, my wife and I searched all over looking for the perfect dog for our family. There were so many scammers all over the internet that we started to feel defeated until we accidentally stumbled accross puppy heaven online. We called and spoke to a very kind lady named Michelle and she was so very kind and knowledgeable. Michelle answered a lot of our questions and we felt very comfortable and we made the two hour drive to take the next step and go see in person the store and the two puppies we were wanting to meet. Upon walking into Puppy Heaven we immediately noticed so many nice pictures on the wall, of so many well respected and famous celebrities and very well known business tycoons etc. all holding their new puppy from puppy heaven in the exact place we were standing. Right away we felt solid in our decision and immediately realized we were in a reputable business. You just can't fake everything that we saw for ourselves. This is a legitimate business. We met Michelle in person and were introduced to the puppy we wanted and it immediately felt right to us. We agreed on the deal and within twenty minutes or so, were completely finished with all of the paperwork process and getting our very own picture with our new puppy to be hung on the wall (on the non celebrity side lol). With my career being involved in State and federal legalities, the constant changing laws, and legal disclosures on a daily basis, I was very pleased to see such a professional paperwork process when finalizing our contract. Our puppy even came with a one year warranty that is solid. We were so greatful to feel as confident as we did in our decision and we left feeling amazing. The drive home with our new puppy (miss universe is her name), was awesome and we haven't had a single regret. Within the first three days of owning her, we took her to our local VET and she was given a perfect bill of health and as healthy as a puppy can be! It's been almost a month with our new puppy and we haven't had a single issue (other than her teething which is normal since she's still a baby). We are so happy and thankful that we were able to get a dog that was bread to our liking, hypoallergenic for our children, and beautiful & healthy as can be! And we felt safe the whole time. That's why we chose puppy heaven and have referred several of our friends and family to puppy heaven because after years of owning different dogs, this was the best experience and safest process we have personally gone through and in the future we won't welcome a new puppy into our family any other way. If you want to adopt, go for it! If you want to rescue a dog in distress, we commend you.. but for us, this was the decision that made the best sence for our family; a puppy of a specific breed that we can purchase knowing her entire history, with a strong money back gaurentee, from a reputable facility Thanks Michelle for all your help. adopt don't shop! There are plenty of dogs that need a loving home in shelters and rescue organizations!
