Called about a house, referred to website and not able to get 60 seconds of the man's time; I refrain from saying gentleman since that would be implying an ounce of customer service skill or professionalism. Scratch one house that we were interested in off the list.

Unprofessional and rushed job. I learned from this mistake in buying real estate.

Seems like they just automate rude messages. Called them and received nothing I would call acceptable communication. Just short and frank copy and pasted answers. Told to look at their site because it would be updated. Wasn't updated and still had homes that were "sold" listed as active
