I never write reviews but this office deserves it! Great experience. They were very thorough with the cleaning and they explained everything they were doing. I'm a ball of nerves about basically everything  (thanks, anxiety) but I wasn't nervous at all through the appointment. They give you a blanket and a neck pillow! At the end of the appointment the receptionist took the time to go over what my insurance will cover and what I will need to pay out of pocket for my fillings which I really appreciated - no one wants a shocking bill. I will be referring a lot of people to this office. Everyone was very kind, professional and funny. It's a very laid back office and the staff all seem to really care about each other which is refreshing. I'm a big fan, just wish I would've started going sooner!

Great office!!!
Wonderful staff! Newly remodeled rooms and new equipment! VERY caring and experts at what they do!

I came there and laid it out to them- I haven't been to a dentist in a few years because.. well.. dentistry! Dawn acknowledged my fears and put them all to rest. She CARED about my comfort! On the first day, I got evaluated. Pretty normal stuff, but I was snuggled under a blanket with a heated pad as I got worked on. Oh it was so nice.. When I was all done, they had an evaluation and plan all ready for me with cost estimates. Man, did they work fast!

Second visit was for a 3 hour deep cleaning (did I mention I haven't gone in years?). Brigit is my teeth cleaning hero!! I barely felt a thing! Almost nothing phased me! She even took the time to give me breaks. Strangely, I've never been given breaks during a dental procedure. Ever. My lower body usually falls asleep along with my face. Not this time!!

Seriously, if you have dental anxiety this office is for you. They will take great care of you!!

Definitely the most thorough exam I've ever experienced. 5 stars to the office staff and 5 stars for Dr. Baker! Highly recommended.

Pure Dental is by far, the most pleasant experience I've had at a dentist's office. The environment of the office in general is welcoming, and the staff are the friendliest people you will ever meet. One of their receptionists, Simon, called my insurance company after my coverage changed and gave me the details of my new insurance policy (something I could have done on my own time). This is just one example of how the staff and Dr. Baker will go above and beyond to make sure you have a great experience at their office. They genuinely care about the dental health of their patients. You don't see a dentist's office like this very often.

My family started using Dr. Dawn last year and I am SO glad we found her. If there is such a thing as the perfect dentist, she is it. She is kind, compassionate, professional while still being fun and funny, and best of all, very good at her job. It is obvious she loves what she does! If you don't like going to the dentist or you're looking for a new one, I highly recommend Dr. Dawn Baker.
