So many great things about Pure Fitness!  While classes are in a group setting, Mike provides instruction to each member.  You aren't just another body getting lost in the crowd.  He gives you the extra push to keep you progressing toward your goals.  All of the members are super supportive and celebrate your accomplishments with you!  This isn't your average gym where you do the same thing over and over.  Mike mixes up the routines for a total body workout.  You absolutely won't be bored here!!

Every day I attend I’m pushed beyond my limits and feel I get stronger with each workout. I leave feeling great about myself. Great atmosphere! Pure Fitness is helping me accomplish my goals!

Since joining in July 2017 I have lost 25 lbs, completely changed my eating habits, made amazing friends and the trainer is very knowledgeable and works with each person for their individual needs. I would highly recommend looking into, meeting the trainer and getting started on a healthier better version of yourself!
