I was not used to going to gyms so I started shopping around. A week before I came to Pure Fitness I went to try crossfit. After the intro workout I could barely walk for a week. When I came to Pure Fitness my first workout challenged me in many different ways. The big difference was not only was I not in pain and sore but I had fun at the same time. I suffer from asthma, carpal tunnel and others and that has never been an issue. Fast forward to 2 months later and I am able to do exercises that I could barely do at the beginning. Not only that but I have tenosynovitis in my left hand and wrist. The pain can become intense enough where I have problems picking things up. I have tried occupational therapy where they used paraffin baths, ultrasounds and steroid patches that use electrical currents. It took OT over a month to get my flair up to finally subside. Working with Greg he showed me how that tendon is connected to more than just my wrist and hand (thats the only part OT worked on) and after 40 minutes of different stretches and exercises I awoke the next day completely pain free. I had never had such a quick recovery. They are not about pain here. Its all about how to acheive results using science. Something that Greg is awesome with. I never thought I would ever enjoy working out. Now with Pure Fitness I look forward to every day I am there.

I had been working out for a little more than a year on my own. I started with the treadmill and added some limited weight training. I set some good goals of overall fitness and strength. Since it had been so long since I had done any training I saw some immediate results. However, it did not take long to reach a plateau on my own, far short of my overall goals. After a few months of stagnation, I admitted that I needed help to progress. I joined Pure Fitness and noticed immediate improvement on my overall fitness. Greg changed the way that I train with more focus on the core and my overall fitness as opposed to very targeted exercises. In the past, my thoughts were in order to increase results, I need to work out more and harder. Greg has taught me that not only is that incorrect, it can also be harmful and hurt my progress. The idea is to work smarter not more often. Due to his methods I am seeing a vast improvement in my overall strength and fitness. Working with Greg will definitely help me achieve my goals. Definitely a good decision and one that is paying off. I have progressed more in the last 3 months than I had in the previous year.

Joining Greg & Keri's team was the BEST thing I have done for myself in a long time. I am usually an active person, grew up doing sports and always enjoyed working out. But until I came here I didn't realize how many things I have just been doing wrong. The different kinds of workouts I have done, and all the muscles I target in each session doesn't even come close to the things I would do on my own. Instead of spending long hours on the treadmill and seeing no results and getting discouraged...I spend 30 minutes a day doing strength circuit training and I leave feeling STRONG and CONFIDENT. Nothing I could achieve in an over populated gym, or self-led workouts. The group classes are SO fun, and I never feel out of place or intimidated. I look forward to my workouts and I don't think I've ever said that without lying! :D

I love this gym. I joined when they first opened for the Power Pump class with Jeanne. This is a great class. I recently signed up for a 12 week challenge with Keri. We meet 2x a week and she demonstrates and helps us through each exercise. It's challenging and fun. It's all women and I didn't know anyone at the beginning. Everyone is friendly and supportive. If you have the opportunity to join a challenge with Keri, I highly recommend it.

Love this place! The owners/trainers have really helped me fix my the problems that were sending me into a chiropractor multiple times a year. I have now been training for almost a year and am stronger and in the best shape of my life! Thank you Pure Fitness
